PI69737: Errors are not logged when tasks submitted to managed executors fail

Error description

When tasks which are submitted to managed executors fail,
the exception goes to FFDC logs instead of the console log
where it would be most visible to the developer.  This is
also the case for some managed task listener and Trigger
operations that are implemented by the application.

When tasks which are submitted to managed executors fail, the
exception goes to FFDC logs instead of the console log where it
would be most visible to the developer.  This is also the case

Problem conclusion

Updated code to log to the console instead of FFDC.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
