APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Local mapping services cannot be configured from the
  administrative console.
  
  To configure Local mapping services, the administrator
  navigates to the following page in the administrative console:
  
  Service integration
  -> Service mapping
  -> Local mapping services
  
  But when adding a new local mapping service a blank page
  is displayed.

  The Service Mapping bundle, MSL Mapping API, cannot resolve
  the com.ibm.icu bundle at the versions specified in its
  MANIFEST.MF file.  The version of the com.ibm.icu bundle was
  changed from 4.4.2 to 56.1 but the constraint specified in the
  Service Mapping bundle, MSL Mapping API, was not changed
  accordingly and therefore the bundle could not be loaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MANIFEST.MF of the MSL Mapping API bundle was updated so
  that the dependency on the com.ibm.icu bundle was specified
  with the correct version range.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
