PI70321: Spurious WSSC1013E error logged by JAX-RPC web service

Error description

When a JAX-RPC web service is sending an asynchronous response
to a .NET client, the following error might be logged,
although the message response will be sent successfully:

WSSC1013E:
Caught unexpected exception while performing asynchronous
operations:
java.io.IOException: Request not read yet
at com.ibm.ws.http.channel.inbound.impl
.HttpInboundServiceContextImpl.finishResponseMessage
(HttpInboundServiceContextImpl.java:1107 )

Sending an asynchronous JAX-RPC web service response to a .NET
client might cause a spurious WSSC1013E message to be logged.

Problem conclusion

A timing condition existed in the code which caused the
channel to be closed twice, and the second close caused the
error message to be logged.  The code is updated so this no
longer occurs.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.3. Please refer to the

Temporary fix

Ignore the error as under these conditions the response has
already been sent correctly.
