  When a Swagger document is specifying basic authentication,
  api-key/token or Auth 2.0 per operation there is no way to
  input it in the REST API Explorer UI
  

Problem conclusion

• Added a new button that will enable entering required
  authentication information for each individual operation in
  REST API Discovery UI. This button is displayed based on if
  the Swagger definition file from the application declares
  authentication information
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
