Error description

When tring to config the LB cluster cannot create the cluster,
the errorr is:

ULB failed getHAInfo, exception =
com.ibm.ws.loadbalancer.stack.LBStackException: sendNativeCmdBuf
failed

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Load Balancer for ipv4 and ipv6     *
*                      experiences failures shortly after      *
*                      starting the executor on Solaris 11.    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

On Solaris 11, the executor reports a successful start but
after a few seconds, every command attempted will fail.

Problem conclusion

Solaris 11 and the Load Balancer for ipv4 and ipv6 both
distribute the libpcap.so library but use different versions.
The load balancer's version is older and conflicts with the
newer version shipped with Solaris 11. Changes were made in
the executor code to allow it to work with the newer version
of the library distriubted with the operating system.

Avoid problems:
When using Solaris, ensure zones are not configured or load
balancer is installed in the global zone and be aware that
load balancer does not recognizes the Solaris IPNET
encapsulation protocol.

Fix included in :
   8.0.0.14
   8.5.5.12
   9.0.0.3

The deprecated Load Balancer for ipv4 only does not support
Solaris 11.
