Error description

When a collective is configured with multiple controllers,
files placed in a collective controller's
configDropins/defaults directory should be replicated to the
other controllers.  This is not happening.

When a collective is configured with multiple controllers, files
placed in a collective controller's configDropins/defaults
directory should be replicated to the other controllers.  This
is not happening.

Problem conclusion

The code was fixed to avoid a problem writing the file content
to the collective repository.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
