Error description

The following message is written to stdout instead of
messages.log:

CWWKE0108I: The product extension cicsts was
programmatically
enabled.  The product identifier of the product extension is
cicsts.  The product install location of the product
extension
is /itbld/cics.ts. r690/PI67639/dist.

When product extensions are programmatically added using the
embedder tools, the CWWKE0108I message is written to STDOUT,
since the embedded Liberty server is not yet started.

Problem conclusion

CWWKE0108I has been moved to be written to the server logs once
the embedded Liberty server has started.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
