• Following exception is seen when code flows through OSGI
  MultplexingURLStreamHandler
  
  "java/lang/UnsupportedOperationException" "Method not
  implemented."

  The URLStreamHandler provided by the OSGi framework
  does not define method openConnection(URL u, Proxy p). This
  problem was resolved by the fix for Eclipse bug 506460.
  

Problem conclusion

• Apply APAR PI72506 to update the OSGi framework underlying the
  application server runtime with the fix for Eclipse bug 506460.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the
  Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
