Tasks scheduled by some internal components using the internal
implementation of the ScheduledExecutorService may be executed
after an incorrect interval.

Internal components schedule tasks for execution using internal
implementations of the
java.util.concurrent.ScheduledExecutorService interface.  If
the TimeUnit specified on the schedule method was not
TimeUnit.MILLISECONDS then the method performed an incorrect
conversion resulting in tasks being executed after an
incorrect delay, typically of a much shorter duration than
expected.  Internal use of the internal implementation always
specifies the TimeUnit in milliseconds, but product extensions
that make use of the class could have been impacted.

Problem conclusion

The AlarmManagerCSLM.AbstractScheduledExecutorService class
was modified so that the TimeUnit conversion was performed
correctly.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
