Problem conclusion
Kernel support for 2.6.32-642.11.1 has been added. The Load Balancer for ipv4 is kernel dependent and requires a different extension for each kernel. You can avoid this by using the Load Balancer for ipv4 and ipv6 which is not kernel dependent. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.13 and 8.5.5.12.
