• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Startup splash screen of PMT shows its version as V8.5 rather
  than V9.0 in locale except en_US.

Problem conclusion

• Updated the splash screens to fix the incorrect version.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
