  is set to 0 by default in the administrative console.

  In the administrative console the
  com.ibm.ws.security.expirationMonitorNotificationPeriod is set
  to 0 by default. However the default value is supposed to be
  90 days.
  

Problem conclusion

• An update has been made to the administrative console code to
  fix this problem and set it back to it's default value of 90
  days.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended
  Updates page for delivery information:
