Error description

When the websocket request is a sub-request and
one of the data structures indicates the client side connection
has already been destroyed, plugin doesn't issue a destroy for
the entire request structure.

When the websocket client requests invoke multiple processing
modules within the web server, the sockets may not close when
the connection is terminated.

Problem conclusion

The web server plugin was not requesting client request
closure when internal flags indicated other modules may be
engaged processing the request. Code was corrected to indicate
that the connection should close when all processing completes.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
