Converted static cluster continues to show TYPE=static, even though it has been properly converted.

Problem conclusion
The issue was fixed by correctly updating the cluster type to Dynamic Cluster during update so it will be reflected correctly in the apc.log. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.12.
