Error description
After creating a CustomService configuration object using the property file based command AdminTask.applyConfigProperties(), the newly created object cannot be viewed from an admin console.

Problem conclusion
To make a CustomService configuration object created by the property file based configuration command to be visible by the administrative console, fixed the code logic of the command implmentation. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.
