PI78193: Returned default html error page has extra closing tags

Error description

When an error occurs on the server side resulting in an
exception, the resulting html that is returned to the client
has extra </div> tags. This results in the parsing code to
fail when running SPECjEnterprise.

This is due to the recursive call of a method in
ApplicationErrorUtils.java in webcontainer.

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer code was updated to fix the extra </div> tags
at the end of the default html error page.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
