PI78510: .PID DIRECTORY CREATED WITH WRONG PERMISSION SETTINGS

Error description

Customer wants .pid directory to be created with 770
permissions
when Liberty Server is started. Testing shows that this
cannot
be acheived with current mechanisms.

*                      bbgzsrv.                                *

The .pid directory is created with a max permission setting of
750 when starting the server from the bbgzsrv proc

Problem conclusion

The .pid directory is created allowing group write permission
(depending on umask settings).

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
