Error description

For a client configured with a transportLayer element that
does not specify an sslRef attribute as follows,

        </clientPolicy.clientContainerCsiv2>
    </orb>

there is the following message issued intermittently,

CWWKS9521E: The client security policy has the transport,
authentication and attribute layers configured for <GSSUP>
with <NoProtection EstablishTrustInClient > as Supported in
the configuration file and the server security policy is
configured with <Integrity Confidentiality > as Required.

For a client configured with a transportLayer element that does

The following message is issued intermittently:

CWWKS9521E: The client security policy has the transport,
authentication and attribute layers configured for <GSSUP> with
<NoProtection EstablishTrustInClient > as Supported in the
configuration file and the server security policy is configured
with <Integrity Confidentiality > as Required.

Problem conclusion

The CSIv2 code was modified to wait for the default SSL
configuration to become available before creating the transport
layer association options when an sslRef attribute was not
specified.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
delivery information:

Temporary fix

Specify an sslRef attribute in the client's transportLayer
element.
