  Validation container environment are being make available to
  application level classloaders.

  User applications that depend on org.apache.commons.lang3
  aren't using the version being packaged with the application.
  Instead the applications are using the version shipped with
  WebSphere. This can cause unexpected behavior in the
  applications related to the lang3 package.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere server runtime was updated to no longer export
  this lang3 package to application level classloaders.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
  page for delivery information:
