Local fix

  • Remove the jar file that contains the javax.xml.* classes so
    that they don't interfere with the ones in websphere.

    At default, WAS applications use IBM Java provided XML parser
    and APIs. The following error occurs if IBM XML parser and
    APIs are override by thrid party applications.
