Problem conclusion

Added protection against NullPointerException in the
URBridge.getExpression() method.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.45, 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.12, 9.0.0.5 and fix
pack 17.0.0.3 for WebSphere Application Server Liberty.
