Error description

  • When using MQ as the messaging provider for JMS2.0
applications, handles to MQ destinations can be held open
after JMSContexts are closed, resulting in increasing open
input count values for MQ queues.

    ****************************************************************
When a JMS2.0 application is running within WebSphere
Application Server V9, using IBM MQ as the messaging provider,
the number of open input or output count of the queues used by
the application can build up. If the application closes the
JMSContext objects it uses but does not explicitly close any
consumer or producer objects, then the handles to the
    underlying queues can remain open.
