• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When new servlet 3.1 feature "HttpSessionIdListener" implemented
  it missed the session live counter.

  When HttpSessionIdListener.sessionIdChanged() method is
  called, the live session counter becomes inaccurate. This may
  result large live session count in session statistic.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes were made to correctly track the live session
  count in session statistic. The fix for this APAR is currently
  targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
