Error description

A null pointer exception observered in SystemOut.log when
accessing an async servlet when servlet caching is enabled.

The parent fragment may not exist with an async servlet.
Servlet caching post processing assumed a parent fragment
always exists and a null pointer exception occurs.

Problem conclusion

Servlet caching post processing code has been fixed to check
for the existence of a parent fragment.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
