Error description

• The FFDC generated by the Activity Service lacked diagnostic
  information that was available to the service at the time that
  an issue occurred that would have been useful in problem
  diagnosis.

  The Activity Service detects unexpected error conditions and
  logs FFDC for them to facilitate problem diagnosis.  In certain
  cases the it was found that problem diagnosis would have
  benefited from additional information being logged.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Activity Service was modified so that additional
  information was logged to FFDC in the event of several
  unexpected error conditions.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.5.13 and 9.0.0.6.  Please refer to the
  Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
