Error description

Changes in custom health actions are not picked up when
nodes synch. Full resynchronization is necessary to populate
the changes across nodes.

Changes in custom health actions are not picked up when nodes
synch. Full resynchronization is necessary to populate the
changes across nodes.

Problem conclusion

Changes to custom health actions and other items in the XD repo
now create a notification that results in the changes being
synched without full resynchronization.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 8.5.5.12.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
