PI81954: LDAPRegistry attributesCache and searchResultsCache default timeout set too low

Error description

If the LDAPRegistry attributesCache is not configured, the
time defaults to 1200 milliseconds. If the LDAPRegistry
searchResultsCache is not configured, the timeout defaults
to 1200 milliseconds. These settings will cause search
results or attributes to timeout quickly in the caches. The
default timeout should be 1200 seconds or 1200000
milliseconds.

If the LDAPRegistry attributesCache timeout is not configured,
the time defaults to 1200 milliseconds. If the LDAPRegistry
searchResultsCache timeout is not configured, the timeout
defaults to 1200 milliseconds. These settings will cause search
results or attributes to timeout quickly in the caches. The
default timeout should be 1200 seconds or 1200000 milliseconds.

To workaround either problem, configure an attributesCache and a
searchResultsCache on the LDAPRegistry and set the timeout to
desired values.

Problem conclusion

The default attributesCache timeout was set to 1200 seconds. The
default searchResultsCache timeout was set to 1200 seconds.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
