PI82314: APPLICATION RESPONSE WITHOUT A REASON PHRASE CAUSES PLUG-IN TO RETURN 500 ERROR

Error description

apparently the HTTP spec allows reason phrase to be blank, so
Plug-in should also allow this.

Local fix

change application to provide a reason phrase on every response.

If a 200 response to the plugin didn't contain a reason
phrase, the plugin would through a 500.

Problem conclusion

The plugin has been corrected so that the missing reason
phrase wouldn't result in a different response code than that
of what was provided by the application server.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 9.0.0.5, 8.5.5.13 and 8.0.0.15.  Please refer to the
