PI82335: NAT FORWARDING DOES NOT WORK WITH IPV6 CLUSTERS

Error description

The Load Balancer is not registering the solicated-node
multicast address for the return address so servers can not
respond to NAT forwarded requests.

Connection requests are forwarded to the backend servers but
the servers can not respond back to the load balancer return
address because the load balancer is not providing IP to MAC
address resolution.

Problem conclusion

Modified the code to register the solicated-node multicast
address so that return address IP to MAC resolution requests
would be forwarded to the load balancer.

Fix levels:
   8.5.5.13
   9.0.0.5
