The TCP Channel provides the ability to define four access
lists:
address include, address exclude, hostname include, and hostname
exclude. None of these were documented on the KnowledgeCenter.

Problem conclusion

The documentation was modified to include details on the access
lists. This new information will be included under the "tcpOptio
topic.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
