Problem conclusion

• The web server plugin module sets a connection close flag
  early in the web socket connection setup process which may
  cause the web socket connection to be closed prematurely.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
