  When DOMAdapterHelper.setList is called, if the
  receiving DataObject or the list-to-be-set are not
  materialized, the list might not be copied over into the
  receiving DataObject. This was due to a bug in the code that
  considered un-materialized lists as empty lists and skipping
  the operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• We fixed the issue by materializing both the DataObject as
  well as the list-to-be-set before checking if the list is
  already set in the DataObject.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.13 and 9.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended
