An ABENDS0C4 occurred in a servant region attempting to
reference RRSContext stack element (bbo3ctxm.mac) from storage
subpool 132 in Key 2 in a pop routine (bboucds.mac).  The
pop routine was called indirectly from a FreeContext routine
to obtain a stack element to pool an RRS Context Token for
reuse in the servant region.
There are a couple of conditions that would fail the pooling
of the RRS Context token after obtaining the stack element.
The code under these conditions will release the storage for
the newly obtained stack element.  This may cause an ABEND
0C4 in the pop routine under load.

Problem conclusion

Code has modified in the FreeContext routine to return stack
element to a reusable stack in all flows.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 8.5.5.13 and 9.0.0.5.
