Error description

The WebSphere Liberty openidConnectClient (server.xml) has
been
configured to use Azure as the IDP. The IDP's keys can be
located but cannot be retrieved by WebSphere because the x5c
tag isn't handled.

When the OpenID Connect Relying Party attempts to retrieve a key
from the JWK endpoint, the following error may occur:

CWWKS1739E: A signing key required by signature algorithm
[RS256] was not available

Problem conclusion

The Liberty OIDC RP is updated to not stop processing the JWK if
it encounters an x5c tag.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
