  the Active Session Count. The count is showing negative

  HttpSession activeCount metric becomes inaccurate when a session
  is invalidated on one thread while it is being processed by
  other
  threads.  This may cause the activeCount metric to decrement
  multiple times and result in a negative activeCount number.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  WebSphere Liberty fixpack 17.0.0.3, WebSphere Application
  Server fixpacks 8.5.5.13 and 9.0.0.6.  Please
