IPV4 ethernet protocol header.

An invalid packet is observed in network traces of the load
balancer traffic.

Problem conclusion

Load Balancer for IPv4 and IPv6 is sending an ARP packet but
indicating an IPv4 protocol in the ethernet header which
causes the packet to be invalid. This is only observed on
Linux operating systems.
