Error description

When a connection is destroyed, the wrong monitor value is
sometimes incremented/decremented in the
FreeConnectionCount.

When an url is required to connect 2 or more data sources, the
attribute FreeConnectionCount of ConnectionPoolStats mbean may
return negative value.

Problem conclusion

The problem was caused by an array which was shared by dfferent
threads. It has been corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
