  The log4j and tag-lib jars were updated in the KCCI driver. The
  kc.war in isclite was replaced with the new version including
  the
  updated jars.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
