PI89521: ADMINTASK.EXTRACTCONFIGPROPERTIES IS TOO SLOW

Error description

The customer is extracting the whole cell environment by running
AdminTask.extractConfigProperties('[-propertiesFileName
ConfigProperties_cell.props]') and it  fails to generate the
output file and it takes long time to complete.

It took long time to extract deployed applications when using
the properties file based configuration (PFBC)
extractConfigProperties command to extract the whole cell
enironment. The extract command succeeded but it took long
time to extract applications.

Problem conclusion

The APAR has enhanced the extractConfigProperties command
to retrieve the application task information once instead of
retrieving them multiple times to improve the application
extraction performance.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.45/8.0.0.15/8.5.5.13/9.0.0.7.  Please
