APAR status

Error description

• In WAS 9.0, when wsadmin command issued via ws_ant.bat using
  customer's test.xml prototype, it fails with exception below.
  Failure caused by a CNF which is preventing the ORB from
  initiating.

Problem conclusion

• iwsorbutil.jar file was moved to different location in V9, code
  is corrected to add the jar to the classpath.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
