  JVM option -Xscmaxaot specifies the amount of "Ahead of Time"
  (AOT) compiled code is available within the Java shared class
  cache during application startup. Increasing the value of
  -Xscmaxaot from 4M to 8M can effect a minor decrease in the
  elapsed startup time of application servers and node agents.
  

Problem conclusion

• Apply APAR PI90276 to change the value of JVM option
  -Xscmaxaot from 4M to 8M on Application Servers and Node
  Agents that execute on Java 8.0.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.6 and 8.5.5.13. Please refer to the Recommended
