  Classloading errors will occur whenever the library
  classloader attempts to load classes made visible by
  the WebSphere OSGi classloader network and the WebSphere
  extensions clasloader.
  

Problem conclusion

• Apply APAR PI91331 to ensure the application server sets the
  expected parent reference on any library classloader that
  supports a shared library configured as isolated and is also
  associated to the server.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 9.0.0.11 and 8.5.5.15.  Please refer to the
