PI91511: SMF 120-11 USERDATA ADDED FROM A FILTER DOES NOT SHOW UP IN THE FINAL SMF RECORD

Error description

If UserData was added for SMF120-11 records from within a
Servlet Filter, the resulting SMF record did not include a
UserData section.

Userdata added in a servlet filter does not show up in the SMF
120 type 11 record because the
userdata area is incorrectly being cleared after the servlet
filter runs.

Problem conclusion

Updated the code so userdata added in a servlet filter is
included in the SMF 120 type 11 record.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 18.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
