Application class loader is not set correctly in the thread
during the async operation

When an application calls
Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader() from a dispatched
runnable resource during an asynchronous operation, it returns
null.  The thread context classloader should be inherited from
the dispatcher.

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer code was modified to set the thread context
class loader of the dispatched runnable resource to its
dispatcher's context class loader.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 18.0.0.1 Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
