java.lang.NullPointerException

This error does not lead to any loss of function and can be
safely ignored.

Problem conclusion

Intermittently a sequence of events during start up can happen
in an order that causes the null reference.  This APAR prevents
the null reference and makes the component resilient to the
event order.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 18.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
