Error description

• Users install LLB Dispatcher and then
  configure the product, their configuration
  is stored in default.cfg. And when they
  install a new fixpack, default.cfg is
  overwritten with the default,
  empty configuration.
  

Local fix

  This issue affects: Load Balancer for IPv4 version 8.5.5
  users, Load Balancer Content Based Routing (CBR) version 8.5.5
  and 9.0 and Load Balancer Site Selector (SS) version 8.5.5 and
  9.0. The Load Balancer for IPv4 and IPv6 experienced the same
  issue and was fixed under PI88624.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixpack installation has been modified to prevent the
  default.cfg file from being overwritten during fixpack
  installation.
  
  You must have the minimal fix level listed below applied
  before the change will occur on subsequent fixpack
  installations.

  Once the component is upgraded to 8.5.5.14, 9.0.0.8 or higher,
  subsequent fixpack installations will not overwrite
  default.cfg
  

Temporary fix

• Save default.cfg before installing maintenance and restore
  after installation.
