When the WebContainer custom property "deferServletLoad" is set
to "false" (default is "true"), applications may intermittently
fail to start due to a
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException.  If this occurs, the
following error and exception will be visible in messages.log:

Problem conclusion

The WebContainer code was modified to prevent the concurrent
modification from happening.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 18.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
