During the startup of the JVM, different classloaders are
sometimes used by JSF.  If the thread context classloader is
incorrectly used, then JSF does not actually get the default
resource, leading to the following NullPointerException:

Problem conclusion

The JSF MyFaces code was updated to use the correct classloader,
which prevents the NullPointerException.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack WebSphere Liberty 18.0.0.2.  Please refer to the
