  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Scheduler is unavailable for Java   *
  *                      Enterprise Web applications.            *
  ****************************************************************

  When option "Start components as needed" is enabled, the
  application server does not start the Scheduler component
  whenever the deployment lacks an application that
  provides an Enterprise Java Bean (EJB) module.  The condition
  will cause web applications to unexpectedly fail
  while performing a JNDI lookup of a Scheduler.
  

Problem conclusion

• Apply APAR PI94228 to enable the application server runtime to
  start the Scheduler component for Java Enterprise web
  applications whenever server option "Start components as
  needed" is enabled.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.5.14 and  9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the
