  Certificate monitor creates workspace session when updating
  certificates, but fails to close it. Users will see
  anonymous workspaces under wstemp directory in profile
  directory that are not cleaned up.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated so workspace is closed when
  certificate monitor finishes.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.9.  Please refer to the Recommended
